We are so glad you are considering Horseshoe Grove to be your next home. Please follow the steps below to start the process.

Please review our screening criteria, which can be found here, to make sure you meet the screening qualifications. Some examples are:
· Trailer, RV or Motor Home must be 20 years or newer. Additionally, we ask that all trailers, motor homes, and RVs must be structurally sound, weather-tight, and in good overall condition. Temporary roof coverings (including tarps), broken or boarded windows, significant exterior damage, or visible neglect are not allowed. Lastly, all motor homes must be fully operational and capable of running under their own power in order to be approved for placement in the park.
· Income should generally be at least 2.5–3 times the monthly space rent, unless otherwise required by law or subsidy programs. Verifiable income is required.
· Applicants must demonstrate financial responsibility. This may be satisfied by:
A minimum credit score of 600, or a credit history that shows a pattern of timely payments, manageable debt, and no recent significant delinquencies, collections, or judgments. Negative credit history—including unpaid collections, recent charge-offs, or a pattern of late payments—may result in denial.

After we receive your information we will send you a link to complete a prequalification screening to make sure that Horseshoe Grove is the right fit for you.
Once the prequalification survey is received and we think Horseshoe Grove may be a good fit for you we will request you complete a formal screening for $50 which will review your criminal history, income verification and credit history.
