Yes, we ask that your mobile home, trailer or RV be 20 years or newer. Additionally, we ask that all trailers, motor homes, and RVs must be structurally sound, weather-tight, and in good overall condition. Temporary roof coverings (including tarps), broken or boarded windows, significant exterior damage, or visible neglect are not allowed. Lastly, all motor homes must be fully operational and capable of running under their own power in order to be approved for placement in the park. 

First, we are so happy you are considering Horseshoe Grove your next home. The first step would be letting us either by phone at 503-877-6167 or email at office@horseshoegrove.com. We would then send you a link to complete our prequalification screening. After we receive the screening back we will review it and if approved you will then be sent a formal application. 

Yes, however there will be an additional fee each month. Additionally, we have restrictions on how many pets, breeds and behavior of the pets. 

No, however trailers and motor homes are allowed.
