The current monthly rent is $700.   

The standard refundable security deposit is $700, due at move-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rent includes:

• Water
• Sewer
• Garbage

Electricity is separate.

Yes, we ask that your mobile home, trailer or RV be 20 years or newer. Additionally, we ask that all trailers, motor homes, and RVs must be structurally sound, weather-tight, and in good overall condition. Temporary roof coverings (including tarps), broken or boarded windows, significant exterior damage, or visible neglect are not allowed. Lastly, all motor homes must be fully operational and capable of running under their own power in order to be approved for placement in the park.

After we receive the screening back we will review it and if approved you will then be sent a formal application and a request to complete a screening that will review your criminal, credit and eviction history as well as verify your income. 

 The standard community rule allows up to 2 ordinary household pets, subject to the applicable rules and management requirements. 

The community's ordinary-pet restrictions include:

• American Pit Bull Terrier
• American Staffordshire Terrier
• Rottweiler
• Chow Chow
• Akita
• Wolf or wolf mix

Contact management before bringing a new pet into the community.

No, however trailers and motor homes are allowed. 

Yes, applicants must demonstrate financial responsibility. This may be satisfied by:

• A minimum credit score of 600, or
• A credit history that shows a pattern of timely payments, manageable debt,      and no recent significant delinquencies, collections, or judgments.

Negative credit history—including unpaid collections, recent charge-offs, or a pattern of late payments—may result in denial.

Yes,  household income should generally be at least 3 times the monthly space rent, unless otherwise required by law or subsidy programs. Verifiable income is required. 

 A complete application is required for each adult (18+) who will reside in the home. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis once all required information and fees are submitted.
